Thor VS Loki

So I want to know who takes this. Oh, the only genuine Thor VS Loki was updated (replied?) more than a year ago. Since people keep complaining when I pull out old threads like rotten corpses, I decided to make this with clear rules.

• Thor is in character. He wants to capture Loki.
• Loki is determined to win. Killing Thor is only the last resort but it's something that he would keep in mind. Sorcery, TP, intangibility, and transmutation are all game.
• No jobbing, incompetence, PIS, ect.
• Thor can't use the Odin-Force.
• Standard gear.
• Standard comic versions. (Worthy Thor Odinson)
• Win by any means.

Callouts:

Thor wins if he is serious and doesn´t severely hold back just because he is his brother.

Does Loki have the Chitauri Scepter from The Avengers?

@pateuvasiliu: These are comic versions, the Chitauri scepter would be a toy to comic Loki, possible not even that. It would be a downgrade if anything.

As for the fight, Loki could give Thor all kinds of hell with his illusions that were powerful enough to fool Odin and his magic that was powerful enough to give Classic Strange pause. Thor's biggest challenge would just be finding out were Loki actually is during the fight, but once he does all he needs is one solid hit and it's over, but Loki could very well hurt him with magic and his sword Laeveteinn considering how sharp it is.

I'm not familiar with all incarnations of Loki, so sure as long as he's not amped in that instance. That's a really interesting scan lol.
