Thor & Goku VS Vegeta & Beta Ray Bill (Sparring)

This is a training type fight. Knock outs can occur, it's full contact, with no holding back. 
CROSSOVER RULES APPLY Which means no one gets one shotted and Goku and Vegeta don't die. (PURE BIAS STUPIDITY) !!!!

It is a battle though, but no bloodlust. Winners get to retreat in Odins secret palace and get a life time supply of Golden apples. Also 5 years of training by Odin himself.

Who wins and Why?

GOKU and Vegeta can access all transformation and even SS4 no PIS for those forms. We are to assume they are their most powerful.

Both people on team 1 are more powerful then their team 2 counterparts.

Goku's stronger than vegeta , and from what ive seen thor is either stronger than brb or tied . so id say thor and goku win
