The leader of the Nazguls VS Darth Vader

Vader VS the most powerful of the Nazguls, which I think was the Witch-King of Angmar (I could be wrong). Book version. For the sake of this the sword the Nazgul gets can't be cut/burned through by a light saber and can penetrate Vader's cybernetic body. There is no preparation or outside interference. The battle can be anywhere. Can a light saber cut the body of a Nazgul? Who wins?

I don't think the black breath is going to affect Vader who has endured an equivalent via Sidious's mere dark side presence and the Void itself. The Witch King isn't really that great a fighter. He just inspires terror in mortal men and dark servants. Vader can just ragdoll him with the Force and burn him through many times before he can react with his lightsaber. Sure Vader can't put him down permanently but he can still incapacitate him easily
