Thanos has an auto win since he can't really die. That being said, it's not a deciding factor... Thanos wins. Better, stronger, smarter, more cunning and posses enough durability to tank whatever Sinestro is going to dish... Not the case with Sinestro though.

doesnt sinestro currently have parallax still? he absorbed parallax when they finally beat valthoom. if so. he wins.

@oceanmaster21: The mad titan is just on another level. Think of Thanos being able to solo the Avengers with ease. Sinestro would have trouble just with Thor.

@oceanmaster21: I don't know the issue but something tells me its from Iron Man #55... Not sure though. Im not really sure if Parallax Sinestro would be enough for soloing Thanos. The guy is pretty scary durable and powerful, he's a certificated high tier team buster.

Even surviving a black hole so big it covered 2 light years with minor scratches in comparison to what he survived.
