IT'S MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN!

Conditions:

- You're all alone at home at midnight

-Gauntlet takes place at your house and everything inside your house could be used as a weapon

-No outside help

- 5 minute prep time via an anonymous phone call

@life_without_progress: with 5 mins prep I could maybe get to round 4 otherwise I definitely make it to round 3.

5 minutes is enough time to get out of the house, sure I can handle a crossdresser and a couple of idiots, maybe the slow big guy with the chainsaw but what the frak am I gonna do against Myers or Jason? Frak that sh!t.

Not a lot of people are trained in that they panic with fear, however if your trained; you will act more rational...

Obviously we stop at Jason, unless we run far away.

I pick up the gun and make it to Jason, and while I do that I call the cops, who come and take me into custody for discharging a firearm a bunch in a residential neighborhood.

I think I could handle Norman Bates.

That's it.

Round 1: I think I can handle him with five minutes prep time.

Round 2: I'd have to heavily rely on prep to beat these guys. Could go either way but I definitely might lose

Round 3: 5 minutes prep time, again. I have no idea how this one could turn out.

Round 4: I die.

Yeah, but then Jason comes and kills the cops and you anyway before you can leave. :P

I just purchased a new Damascus han jian sword so I at least make it to round 3. Haven't seen Scream though so idk how tough those guys are

Think I can make it to 3 Ive taken martial arts for 15 years thats gotta help against Norman and Billy and Stu. Highly doubt it'll help against Leatherface and certainly not against Michael. My shotgun and 30-30 could put leatherface down but not for long. I certainly die at Michael. Lol

I'll probably panic too much to do anything rational due to the anonymous call, like most people would. Honestly anyone who thinks they seriously have a chance against anyone past round 2 (maybe round 3) are insane.

I maybe...maybe make it past round 1. But I definitely die on every round after. I don't even have firearms in my house. Best thing I have are kitchen knives lol

You can't really beat Freddy.

If I'm really lucky I might get past round 1, but honestly most of us die at the Scream level. Those guys were pretty durable and had guns and knives.

Yeah...except that was PIS and contradicting all other movies, as Jason has walked/swam in water with literally no problems and he did also come out of the water in FvJ twice. So....that scene was just a bunch of bull, but there are a few inconsistencies/screw ups with FvJ anyway.

No he wasn't and he couldn't come out of the water in 7 because he had been chained to a rock and couldn't move. He's never weak around water...

If I'm lucky I'll make it past the scream guys. Honestly because of the numbers I'd find it harder to take down the scream duo instead of leather face who is just a mentally disabled man with a chainsaw. The Scream guys have guns. I've got things I can use in my house to get that chainsaw away from him. Then use pepper spray (unfortunately I don't have a gun) to my advantage along with my trusty bat. And if that doesn't work I throw knives at him and book it. Everyone here should be able to stomp bates. Unless you are packing some serious firepower I think Micheal will kill you (the original not the remake). Nobody is taking Jason unless they've got some nades.

I have a giant metal hamster ball that's about 3/4's an inch thick of carbon steel.

I also have a rather large skate park near my house.

I have no chance to get past Voorhees. In my house is nothing that could have killed him. I might try to make house explode, but I wouldnt survive it. If stalemate counts, then I probably clear. Well, if they can be killed by explosion lol.

I kill the guys in rounds 1-3 and incap Myers with bullets. Without the prep call the Shape likely would have snuck up on me. That guy is quiet.

Round 5- Jason Voorhees

Uh. Hopefully I can pull an environmental.

Bonus Round: Freddy Krueger

Probably don't win this one as Freddy is a reality warper. Maybe I can outwill him or show him a mirror or something. Unless it's the real world. In that case refer to rounds 1-3

@sophia89 well Freddy has a mind, not like the others, which means since i´m dead crazy too, that we drink a bear together :P

@sophia89: I don't think I could beat Jason, but I'd put up one hell of a fight. Even Leatherface could be a challenge with that chainsaw. Freddy wouldn't be a problem, though.
