Batman He has the resources to get his hands on Kryptonite.And also the tatics to lure superman into a trap and bam.Sorry supes but thats how it happened.Superman would still have a chance but kinda doubting hed gat out of it.UNless supes caught Batman while he was taking a crap or sleeping.But lets face it he would probably be prepared anyway.and he never really sleeps.
Bruce Wayne has too much money, he would get his hands on some kryptonite, grind it to dust, mix it with a bit of water and apply it to his Bat Suit making him all cock and no vag. Superman would be the vag in this case... cuz batty would fk him up!
Although the reality is, if supes can lift a giant kryptonite island, he should knock the st out of the bat, one punch... dead.
Y'know, if you can crush Kryptonite, why not use it to tamper the water supply? A pinch of fine-enough dust should keep Superman from feeling more than a mild pain, but keep his powers down. Ever read "Superfolks"? (forgot the author) It's a very weird book, but it did have some nice ideas, and that was one of them.
I think Batman would win. Superman's not ruthless enough to go all out on Batman.

1- the suit is not standard gear 2-the suit fight is from a non-cannon comic 3-Batman needs the power of an entire city to run it
Even with the Suit if we don't use PIS Superman would win. A bloodlusted Superman would just blow the planet apart along with Batman and his suit. The only way Batman wins this is if Superman is on a mountain of Kryptonite

If you think that somebody wins just because they are "cooler", then you probably shouldn't be in the battles forum, because that's not how things work here. As for the suit, it's non-canon and therefore isn't applicable to this battle, much as non-canon feats aren't applicable. Also, it isn't his standard gear and unless otherwise specified in the OP, that's all that the combatants have.
@Acewild: As said before, it's not standard gear, so it's not here. As for it being a tougher fight without Kryptonite, that's a bit of an understatement, it becomes a slaughterstomp.

Batman has never beaten Superman in a one-on-one fight.
Not even in TDK. Green Batman (Arrow) had to shoot Supes with a kryptonite arrow.

And I like the idea of Batman and the ring would beat Superman, but Superman gave Batman that ring. He knows he has it. So the question I ask every Bat fan is simple, can Batman get the ring out before Superman (Who moves near the speed of light--186,000 miles per second) can lay a punch on him?
