Without the plot, she stops at maw or iron man.

She can probably beat Thanos the same way Wanda did

Amped "all the jedi" rey seems to be equal to "all the sith" palpatine (remember, she also died in the force clash), but she has the edge by virtue of 'good over evil and all that', i'd say that she can solo ANY non-energy brick, e.g. endgame thanos

Also, based on canon sources Lords of Sith novel, force lightning seems to bypass conventional durability, with palpatine easily incinerating giant insectoid 'Lyleks' that are completely immune to blaster fire. His lightning, even against the giant, superstrong Lylek Queen, "burns her from the inside out"

Maybe someone like Thor if a lightsaber can cut him but if not probably the glass canon types or Iron men types.

@nwname: i know, but you could still see it slowly cooking/exploding the starships that it still paralysed, not to mention from tiny bolts that branched out of the main concentrated bolt. The range was huge. But just because all-sith sidious could do it doesnt mean all-jedi rey can i guess.
