@joygirl: She doesn't materialize she can turn into mist. Which give Storm complete control over her. Or Storm creates hurricane force winds to blow Jubilee away either in flesh form or mist.
@magnificentstorm: Except that Storm has baseline reflexes. With her vampiric speed Jubilee has been able to humiliate both Wolverine and Pixie, who are both faster than Ororo AFAIK. She doesn't have to turn into mist -- from fifteen feet away she can clear the distance and get a killshot before Storm can react.
