1. Emma Frost...Mindrape for a dead Storm
2. Bishop...Storm should be able to overload Bishop and win.
3. Professor X ...Seriously? Please.  Someone who can tap all the psychic energy on a planet, psiblast a Sentinel(Sentinels don't have minds remember yet he is still able to destroy them with psiblasts), and someone who can mindblast Galactus with an entire world's fear is not getting beaten by Ororo.
4. Psylocke...50/50  this could go either way depending on Betts
5. Crystal...50/50 depending on Crystal.  When her mind's in the game she's deadly, when not...eh.
6. The Stepford Cuckoos(no PF)...Multimindrape=dead Storm
7. Scarlet Witch...Storm probably wins as long as she does it quickly and doesn't piss Wanda off.
8. M...M should take a majority.
9. She-Hulk...Fairly easy win for Jen.
10. Meggan...Meggen stomps Storm easily.  She and her control of her powers are greatly underestimated.
11. Thor(no strength or speed just weather power)...Thor is immune to everything Storm can do.  Storm on the other hand is not.  Thor stomps.

Ororo goes down at # 1.

She has the bonus of having TK...Professor is just a normal human with normal human limits...HE might be a god when it comes down to TP but one good flash freeze/hurricane and he's down for the count. "

Keep in mind this was "less then a conscious". Which means Storm's thought process wasn't even carried out before the hurricane was there and gone. Which means she doesn't need to wait for anything because her psychic connection carries out her will before she is even aware. It's the same way she subconsciously summons bad Storms unwillingly when she gets angry.
 
I'd say that's fast enough to either stop Xavier as fast as he can stop her, or interrupt his attack and defeat him.

Storm stomps Crystal one reason Storm does not need a cold and heat resistant suit that Crystal has because Storm can bear the temperature she not as Storm as is with air if she was strong enough wouldn't she be flying like Storm too? Crystal has the advantage with her strength but that means nothing because Storm is an excellent fighter and has taken down opponents stronger than her. Meggan is one bad character in Marvel that is not going to go down easily but same for the temperature Meggan grows fur when she gets cold Storm just stands there as if nothing is happening. BUT Meggan has not shown feats like Storm has done with her powers ( if she did correct me please) They have like the same powers empathy, elemental powers, energy manipulation, more. Storm is greater with her Weather Powers. ( this is just my opinion (: )
