By doing what? Granted this is composite Galen but I don't recall any versions of him being more powerful than he was in TFU 1 and the novelisation. In Soul Calibur 4 he was nerfed. Standard TK isn't doing anything to Mihawk as a weaker character in Zoro resisted gravity manipulation far greater than Galen's usual TK. He has vaporized a 300m frigate with a repulsive blast however that was circumstantial and he's never done that at that output or at all really on one opponent so that option isn't there. Force lightning is his best bet but Mihawk could simply dodge it.

As for pure offense, Galen cannot avoid or block any of Mihawk's casual pressurized air slashes.

Mihawk still has hardly any feats and we haven’t seen him go all out.

Don't know a lot of feats from Mr hawk, but considering that Starkiller pulled down one of the largest ships in the empire from a very high altitude, dude got crazy TK powers. He could probably just rip a massive chunk of landmass the other dude is standing on and chuck it.

If by "circumstantial" you mean "after performing several other energy exhaustive feats beforehand," then yes; the amount of effort he had to put into the feat was circumstantial.

Why not? He's shielded himself from the explosion which destroyed the frigate and he's faster then TFU Vader who's faster then Obi Wan. I'd be interested in hearing some feats for Mihawk tbh.

What's stopping Starkiller from rag-dolling Mihawk with TK?
