The first post does not state that Sakaar will use the old power and even if he did the post is not specific to where they will fight. So I am assuming it will be on earth in which she hulk when own him. She's stronger, faster , and a better fighter. She will deff teach him a few things. Sakaar is just not ready yet. Colossus maybe, Ms Marvel , wonder man but not she hulk.

Who said Iron Man is weak? He's not stronger than She-Hulk. Iron Man traded shots with Thor and Count Nefaria? Back when he did that Jen wasn't even class 100 and Thor could barely beat Wonder Man. Iron Man one-shotted an enraged She-Hulk but it wasn't recent first of all and secondly it's not feasible either.
