How is this a one shot..World Breaker is said to be Galactus's most powerful herald and ways more powerful than S.S?

I know it was only in the What If comics series. But I swear I saw it once in a forum that World Breaker is as powerful as RKT.

@skyrobo1: World breaker could easily bust a planet, but RKT is above his father who can easily bust a galaxy. Also RKT can stop time at which point Hulk can't do anything.

There is World Breaker Hulk and World Breaker Herald Hulk. Two different Hulks. The Herald version wasn't cannon fyi, not to say you can't include him in a fight or anything.
