Nah... Reptile is above DD in physical stats. Rep is faster and stronger. Both DD and Rep have superhuman senses and reaction times though, I probably would say they are even there, if not DD having a slight edge.
Also, Reptile's invisibility would mean nothing here; DD doesn't fight by sight.
The one HUGE reason I think DD may win here is the idea that DD may be a better fighter. Rep is good no doubt, but he is far from the best. DD is remarked as one of the best Marvel martial artist bare none. Rep can fight the best and hold his own, but he usually falls just short. Rep's skill set puts him at the top of the list when it comes to infiltration, spying, and espionage, but as a straight up fighter he's 2nd tier.
