Taskmaster.

This is basically a "anything you can do I can do better" scenario. Task is stronger, faster, more agile and a better fighter. He's also got nearly all the hero's skillsets including Punisher's:

As he knows Frank's skills Tasky's gonna be ready for nearly anything Frank can throw at him.

I hate to say it, but Taskmaster is perfectly capable of copying Punisher's one advantage: accuracy.

Though, that's still not enough to secure a win.

You don't think Punisher will realize this? Obviously now he'll see he can't win. That's where Frank's other advantages come in.

He may not be Batman, but The Punisher is still more then capable of sneaking around, especially in a setting like the one in OP. He can set traps, stay in the shadows, maybe even just snipe Tasky out from 200 yards.

@nickzambuto: Why would he need to copy Frank's accuracy when he already has Hawkeye's?

The op has also stated that there's no prep. How is Frank gonna find the time to set traps with Taskmaster on his tail all the time?

OP said they start 100 feet apart. In the ruins of an unpopulated DC Universe, combined with his large lead, he can surely just make a run for it and hide out in the dark remains of some collapsed building. So while Tasky is on the hunt, Frank is setting himself up in a good sniping spot. Boom, M40 to the head.

That scan is from the UDON Taskmaster series, which is out of continuity unless I'm mistaken.

@Cochise: I don't believe it is. He met Sandi during that series and wore the UDON armor during the Agency X arc. If that was out of continuty Sandi shouldn't have been in Agency X and Task shouldn't have been wearing the suit through that arc either and yet shes still there and he did wear the suit. The new Taskmaster series didn't have any direct influence on the old one as it took place after UDON. The only thing that series did was explain his origins so unless there's something I missed it shouldn't be out of continuity.

Yea I agree. Taskmaster if written properly should take this fairly easy.
