@jashro44: I don't remember anything in particular being mentioned apart from "Batman had time to study the helmet", so there really isn't any reason to assume he was without his standard programs and weapons, apart from him not mowing Batman down like he did before.
So it'd be reasonable to assume he was without the "knowledge of the world's 30 greatest martial-artists" given how he performed against Batman the second time, but such a thing was never officially indicated besides.
I thought as much. Still the prep time does make things questionable. At least from what I'm hearing... i just looked at the scans of batman disabling prometheus and he does say he wiped out the martial arts and gymnastics program however batman doesn't actually state when he wiped those programs (at least from what I've been shown).
It is an assumption but I think its reasonable...
@xiix@jashro44@heraldofganthet Prometheus' Helmet wasn't impaired in the second fight from the beginning. Batman changed the setting to Stephen Hawking during the fight when he pressed some button after Prometheus downed him with explosives.
