who wins and why

Without weapons ( ie astro harness) I'd say Orion. With them Grundy. the astro harness would mean that Orion is giving off astro force fro Grundy to absorb and be amped by. with astro force enhancement Grundy will be stronger than Orion and more durable ( just like he's soloed the JLA, JSA, stalemated Classic Fate etc etc etc.
