Nerevar vs Hero of Kvatch & Dragonborn

The Hero of Morrowind, Dunmer, all skills maxed out, all spells known, max health/stamina/magicka. High Ordinator equipment (heavy armour, shield, sword)

vs

The Hero of Oblivion, Imperial, all skills maxed out, all spells known max health/stamina/magicka, City Guard equipment (heavy armour, shield, sword)

The Hero of Skyrim, Nord, all skills maxed out, all spells known max health/stamina/magicka, Plated steel armour, shield & sword.

Dragonborn has all shouts bar Call Dragon, Call of Valor, Slow Time, Summon Durnehviir & Storm call. Cooldowns on.

Fight takes place in Morrowind, Arena Canton Arena. Victory by kill.

So how does it go?

Does the Hero of Oblivion have his Sheogorath powers?

If he does then its a stomp in his favour. If not then the battle might be shared. Between The hero of oblivion vs The dragonborn.

Although nevevar could cause some problems

Dragonborn & Hero of Kvatch are on the same side.

I'd imagine the Nerevar would cause problems, as maxed out acrobatics in Morrowind makes one far more mobile then in Oblivion and there is no acrobatics in Skyrim. Not to mention he has access to spells they don't have.
