Nemesis vs. Deadpool

Rules: 
-Fight is to the death or KO .
-Fight takes place in a junkyard. 
-Random encounter.
-Deadpool is equipped with dual pistols and dual katanas. 
-Nemesis is equipped with a rocket launcher. 
    

Deadpool will probably get knocked out first.

I'll go with Deadpool. Nemesis am slow. At least, not as quick as Wade. If he can make Sabretooth look like a bumbling clod Nemesis will look like he's standing still.

Deadpool dies 1st, comes back maybe 20 more times until he gets it right.

DP jumps on his back and hangs on, taking the hits while sawing away at his neck. 8D
