Nekron vs Gaea

Battle between LIFE and DEATH.. Nekron, Lord of the Unliving and the ultimate opponent of life has discovered a inter-dimensional barrier which allowed him to travel into Earth 616 where he wants to extinguish all life and raise the dead.. to stop his evil, the Elder Goddess Gaea, Mother of Gods and the true font of creation itself decided to take on direct opposition against the dark entity..  
 
Will Nekron's darkness extinguish all life or will Gaea persevere and protect all life from his darkness?

I don't think that Nekron is a multiversal threat like Chthon, so Gaea wins.
