He absolutely does.

Naruto Gaiden and Boruto the Movie prove this. He goes into Sage Mode in both, and both times he lacked the orange marking around his eyes. A sign that he's in Six Paths Sage Mode.

Also, it wouldn't even make sense. Why would Sasuke keep his Rinnegan and grow stronger with it, but Naruto loses his SM, the thing that made him equal to Sasuke in the first place. He wouldn't be his equal anymore, Naruto would be far below him. The whole point of the Hagoromo gifts is that they never fade.
