Naruto was only able to do that cause he had Chakra Tug-of-War training so i doubt it would matter for Delta, till with the massive speed and strength difference Nagato going into close quarters to soul rip isn't really a viable option for him to win anyway.

Yes cause as i stated, Naruto trained in how to grab Chakra with his Chakra with Chakra being connected to his soul he was able to grab it, Delta doesn't have chakra tug of war training so there is nothing to prove she could touch her soul, (if she could she'd do it effortlessly tho).

Chakra literally contains spiritual energy aka the soul.

Nagato - a guy who casually busts cities and multi-mountains, has speed to blitz KCM Naruto and Killer Bee and can absorb/repel Ninjutsu and Taijutsu would never lose to this fodder.
