Stipulations

• Combatants are in character. This means their usual set of morals apply.
• This is a random encounter (no prep for either side) and both sides have standard gear. Both sides have no immediate knowledge of their opponents either.
• Incapacitation, knockout, BFR (battlefield removal, a.k.a. knocking the enemy so far away that there's no way the fight could continue in the near future) or death all count as elimination.
• Fight takes place on the Gourmet World, populated and indestructible.

Someone that can casually dodged near light speed projectile, and have planetary strikes would destroy Hulk.

Bambina should stomp, he has casual FTL reaction speeds so Hulk can't touch him, but even if Hulk did hypothetically land a blow, Bambina can negate that damage using Enbu, as he did that against the 4HK, tanking their Enbu True Fist. He is more than strong enough to harm Hulk, he has cracked a continent 60% bigger than earth and slapped around first form Acacia, Bambina can also fire mouth blasts capable of obliterating Blue Nitro. Even if this was WBH Bambina would still win on account of his speed advantage and I doubt gamma rays would give Hulk the win: Bambina goes to sleep in the thermosphere so he's exposed to radiation for several hours each night with no ill effects and Enbu should counter gamma radiation nicely, his cells would let the waves pass harmlessly through his body.

Mismatch, Bambina actually has much better strength and durability forget speed. Even if Bambina just stood still and let Hulk punch him in the gut as hard as he could, it would do very little damage.
