Who would win?

Both of those are the Anti-Monitor from the Sinestro Corps War, and the versions you posted would get slaughtered by the Living Tribunal.

Anti Monitor and The Monitor could make it a Good Cosmic Battle though... maybe for a while.

No worries. I think Monitor is kind of a non-factor but I am open to being corrected on this point. Maybe consider using Crisis On Infinite Earths Anti-Monitor which would make it a better fight.
