MCU vs Movie Spiderman Villains

MCU:

Captain america, Winter soldier, Black widow, Hawkeye, Falcon, Black panther and Spidey

Villains:

Franco and Dehaan Goblin, Doc ock, Sandman, Venom, and Lizard

• No prep, basic knowledge
• Location: Time square NY

R2:

• 3 hours prep, full knowledge
• Electro Join to Villain team
• MCU Pietro, Wanda and Fox Logan Join MCU

Fight take place in New Avengers facility (The end of AoU)

Round 1 - Villains stomp. The gap in physical stats is huge and some characters like Lizard, Venom, and maybe Sandman have the potential to solo.

Round 2 - Adding a powerhouse like Electro to the Villains without adding anyone to the MCU team makes this a slaughter stomp.

Villains crush.

Villains slaughter.

Villains, with Sandman as the MVP in round 1 and Electro as the MVP in round 2.

Flint and Eddie solo.

Sandman stomps; no one can defeat him without PIS.

Lizard, Ock and Goblin stomp. Their prep far outweighs the MCU folks.

Raimi villains curb

Venom alone could take Peter, Cap, Tchalla, and Natasha alone.

Adding in a guy who can regen from anything (barring Falcon's missiles), and a giant Sand beast the Spider foes stomp

1. They have absolutely no answer to Sandman, he solos with ease

2. No way of telling if prep will be any help until Spider-man or Black Panther comes out. As of now, they still get stomped by Flint.
