Umm. Batroc has way better choreography. With that along with his statements I think I'll place him above M'Baku in skill. He also has excellent durability feats. I think it could really go either way.
M'Baku was ragdolling guys that had vibranium-weave clothing at a lower degree than Black Panther and he knocked them out with his strikes. His striking output is powerful to launch these opponents 10+ feet in the air with no problem without any amps with their armor on top of that. Also, with just his strength, he was able to just throw around grown men with his bare hands 5+ feet. He is borderline superhuman or Peak human in the MCU.
Yea I think this can go either way at the moment personally. M'baku is stronger but batroc is more agile. M'baku was taking out fodder in the final battle and wasn't tagged so he isn't lacking in skill.
@angeljax: I think the combination of his aggressiveness, strength, and the reach advantage afforded by his staff would allow him to beat Batroc ultimately. Batroc, while seemingly skilled and in top physical condition, really only has a feat of kinda-sorta keeping Cap on the back foot after a surprise ambush. M'Baku has more going for him in both statements and showings.
