BoD is of the belief that Vader was not Prime during OT despite everything saying he was and that Luke and Vader were not equals despite a lot saying that they were.

Three quotes. One is from the 1980s. The other two are from the pre-2005 EU expansion and the introduction of the Dark Times. So no, it's not a matter of "everything saying he was" not convincing me; it's a matter of OOU context and what is still binding and what is not.

As for Obi-Wan manhandling Luke, it's ROTJ Luke, who lacks Obi-Wan's experience, skill or mastery. So yes; I do believe he can manhandle them based upon those advantages if prime. If it were DE Luke as it were originally, I'd be inclined to agree with you.

Sedriss being sub-Vader or even Luke being below a sub-Vader Sedriss is utterly irrelevant since Vader is confirmed to be vastly superior to Obi Wan via numerous lines of scaling, third person canonical sources and just a straight up comparison of their respective feats.

@darthadi: The sub-Vader quote encompasses that time. People are a bit too willing to take the comic version of that fight as face value. The issue is that DE as a work is incredibly abridged.

The audio drama on the other hand has Sedriss and Luke going back and forth for nearly a minute which is quite lengthy for a saber duel, with Sedriss gaining an edge at some points.

It's just flat stated he could have won

Sedriss and Vill Goir met Luke Skywalker and recent Jedi recruit kam Solusar on the plains of Ossus. Had it been merely a contest between dark side adepts and Jedi, Sedriss might have been victorious.

Mara Jade Skywalker is also far smarter than Vader and excels at using the terrain to her advantage. Vader has never faced an opponent like her, as she has fueled regularly against someone who beat him at his peak and uses the same Saber form. If this is Vader in his suit, she also knows how to blind him canonically.
