- Fight takes place in the Kingpin's office (60 x 60, as described by k4tzm4n)
- Both combatants are separated by approximately 20 ft. at the start
- No preptime or equipment is involved here
- We're not using Silver-Age Kingpin here (the one who could tear down a whole set of rafters with his bare hands)

I don't think the 616 RS incident was PIS at all. But that's just my opinion. As for Ultimate Red Skull, there honestly wasn't enough of him to determine how he'd fair.

Hmmm, maybe Kingpin beating him wasn't PIS but he showed some pretty good durabilty feats fby taking so many hits from someone with peak strength. I don't think it was too logical imo.=]" @spidey 15 said:
