Inspired by the similar Fullmetal Alchemist and Hunter x Hunter tournaments, this is the sequel to one that I made a few weeks back. I'll include minor villains from each animated arc of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and have them face off in 2 brackets of 8. Voters will have 24 hours to speak their mind before the tournament moves on to the next match.

No Caption Provided

Tournament Rules

  • All characters will be allowed basic knowledge on their opponents
  • Stands can be seen and touched by those without Stands themselves
  • All characters will start each battle 15 meters apart and visible
  • All characters will be operating under their usual moral constraints
  • Each battle will be set on the streets of 1989 Cairo from Stardust Crusaders
  • Win conditions include death, knockout, and incapacitation

Honestly, could go either way. Both of these guys don't exactly have amazing durability and both have some pretty potent offence to go with. I would say Pet Shop is more versatile by far, though.

I think Pet shop as the most chance of winning, Bug eaten is dangerous but he needed to choose to his advantage to be a real threat and is a pretty bad Frontline Fighter, Pet shop as the most chance of winning with a flash Freezing for example.

Both can basically one shot each other but Pet Shops AoE Ice attacks and agility should give him the win here.

Petshop is more mobile (air superiority), and they can both one shot. Pet shop has this one through mobility and a bigger weapon.

I honestly think Sale proved resistant enough to Mista's stand for most of the fight that I'll go with him over Hol Horse, who seems overly reliant on another stand user to set him up. He also hasn't shown much independent fighting and I'm not very confident in his ability to figure out how to beat this type of opponent.

Definitely Sale. His stand is actually quite busted and serves as a strong defence against Horse's bullets. Horse himself also isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed and can't really deal with a competent stand user wholesale without support and/or other factors playing in.

As ProfessorRespect said, Hol Horse probably isn't smart enough to get around Kraft Work like Mista did and Sale has the perfect stand from bullet type users.

Sale, he put up an good fight against Mista who surpass hol Horse in terms of Brain power, plus is Stand is a good counter against Bullet using Stand user.

Bruford. Better stats, plus not sure if Highway's powers would work on a zombie, considering I don't think he has anything to drain. Yuya's stand works better when he's far away from it, having it right next to him is a problem considering it doesn't have the physical stats to keep Bruford back from attacking him.

In a straight 1v1 battle, Highway Star isn't really all that powerful. Bruford stomps tbh as he'll just cut Yuya in half.

Pretty much all of this plus Brudford can regenerate and is hair could trap Yuya.

I don't think Yuya has anything to put Bruford down before he gets cut clean in half. His hair is also a wild card.

This is a very interesting matchup because in a way, Jack kind of counters Ciocolatta's stand. He doesn't feel pain and he can throw his daggers with pinpoint accuracy across a long distance, which is a scope Ciocolatta generally favors to stay at a safe position. Honestly very circumstancial. I could see Jack taking this without having to make himself vulnerable to the stand's effects (e.g moving vertically) but I'm not sure. It took a lot for Giorno to put this guy down and he's a league ahead of Jack in terms of power, skill and intellect. I think Ciocolatta takes it by a slim margin but Jack The Ripper will give him hell.

Jack's too fast and Green Day isn't really as effective in a regular fight than it would be otherwise. I'm not seeing it kill him before he gets to Ciocolatta.

Jack has this. Ciocolatta's only real chance is with the mold, but that's entirely situational depending on the battlefield.

I really like this match, very unorthodox. I’ll side with Jack thanks to his zombified body and higher physical stats.

Yeah, thanks. I randomized the matches, but ran it a few times to ensure there were some unusual battles in there.

Stroheim. He was more impressive honestly. Yukako might be able to use her stand's unpredictability and versatility to her advantage but I can see Stroheim finding a way around it.

No idea how Yukako deals with Stroheim's arsenal tbh. He could quickly end the fight if his morals don't get in the way, which honestly, they might. I'd definitely say he takes a majority unless he acts stupid.

Stroheim should he was able to stall Kars for a bit and was outright stated to be stronger than Santana, plus yukako doesn't have many speed feat so she likely gets crippled with bullet.

Yukako should scale to Koichi, so that isn't the case I don't think.

I really like Yukako and hope we'll see her again in another Tournament (if you plan to make more), but here she should be mowed down, don't believe she can take Stroheims automatic fire (which was rather high caliber iirc) for a prolonged amount of time.

Are there any notable speedfeats for Koichi? I can't think of any

Yeah, I'll make another one if people will comment on it. Feel free to suggest characters or a general theme for the next one if you're interested in seeing it!

Josuke had been able to react to all of the bullets and missiles shot by Bad Company and I don't think that Koichi should be that much slower to be honest. Stroheim does have better weaponry than Bad Company of course, but I personally don't think it'd be enough to blitz Yukako or anything like that.

I’m going to have to go with Stroheim here. Yukako just hasn’t really had the opportunity to show how she’d be able to deal with high caliber machine gun fire, and even beyond that, he’s incredibly strong and tough, to the point where I think she might have trouble damaging him.

I'm really not sure as to how these stands are going to interact tbh. Honestly though Yellow Temperance was one of the few stands which gave Jotaro a lot of trouble and came an ant's length away from winning. I also think the goop could provide Rubber Soul with defense against all of Keicho's miniature bullets.

@killerqueen: Since you're doing minor villains, how about minor allies for another one? (Although the overlap between those two groups is big)

Also I think Keicho could win, if he opened fire on Rubber Soul's face right away, but I think otherwise Rubber Soul is going to beat him rather easily. Yellow Temperance is just too useful as a shield. And Soul himself is a ruthless and powerful stand user - i'd give him the win.

You mean characters that never became members of the main cast but were also never minor villains? Honestly, I can't think of many characters that would fit that description.
