This is Still Hyper-death for the Avengers. Even without the Trinity and 1 Lantern, JL still has another Lantern, Cap. Marvel, Powergirl, Supergirl, J'onn, Flash and a slew of powerhouses

With all the powerhouses in the league The avengers don't stand a chance especially when the JLA has several magicians and characters like Aquaman, Hawkgirl, Supergirl, Firestorm, Red Tornado, Captain Marvel, Power Girl, and more. The biggest threat to the league would be Thor but I'm not even sure how much of a chance he stands against them.

It depends which versions. Best versions of Cap. Britain and Hercules would win this fight for Avengers. JLA will have only one Universal level threat, while Avengers will have two (and Cap. Britain seemed to be close to multiversal level threat at the time).
