@kcminato: Nah, Itachi was tagged a lot. Really he had an unfair advantage due to Edo Tensei. His alive stamina is laughable, after one Tsukyomi and Amateratsu completely drained him.

Kabuto has pre cog, isn't affected hy genjutsu (izami is some plot bullshit), his sage techniques blind the sharingan and deafened the ears, has all the abilities of sound 5, Taka, and Orochimaru.

Itachi only won due to plot and even then he needed Sasukes help.

Kabuto wins Sound jutsu and this time Edo wont save Itachi.

read the op . healthy itachi . Healthy itachi had average stamina . and just using one tsukuyomi and amatarasu could be enough to take his opponents out .

yet kabuto was the one who got defeated by itachi with izanami . even if its some plot bullshit , Its an ability that itachi will use to defeat sage kabuto .

itachi won with izanami and will do the same to defeat kabuto . admit that itachi did not really need much saving from sasuke and could finish kabuto off the same way like he did in the fight .

Tell me why izanami wont work this time and i admit kabuto wins .

Kabuto doesn't need sight and Amaterasu can be countered with body shedding.

Buying time is key so i guess if itachi actually needed time to use izanami then kabuto would have the upper hand . I only thought they had to be in the process of normal battle and izanami could be set up

What really ponders me is that Itatchi>Kabuto>>Orochimaru > Third hokage?????? so Instead of edo summoning the 3rd why didn't they just amp orochimaru since he already had hashs cells? Come to think of it now if Orochimaru would've taken over Sasuke's body along with Hash's cells he'd theoretically mix both descendants and he could have become the So6P. Also If Jiraiya would've killed Kisame in their first encounter Kisame would have never been able to steal intel from turtle island and Naruto and Bee could have remained a trump card. Jiraiya single-handedly led to the demise of thousands in the 4th shinobi war. Wait theres more.....Kabuto had complete control over madara whilst edo tensei was available, he could have single handedly wiped out obito AND the allied shinobi with little to no effort. Kabuto also could have reversed summoned or used edo tensei within the battle with sasuke and Itatchi to easily overwhelm them. Also, no whitefang?

@cosmic_lantern: No that wouldn't have happened Senju + Uchiha = Rinnegan. Kabuto had no control over Madara he let him think he did. Madara even stated "it's easy to break out If you know the hand signs" so he wouldn't have killed Obito.

Kabuto's strongest edo were either fighting or sealed. He also wanted to beat both Uchiha personally. Especially Sasuke.

Itachi wins.

Half of the battle that Itachi got tagged against Kabuto was either due to the fact that he knew he'd heal since he was undead or because he was saving Sasuke's nooby @$$.

Kabuto as long as he kills Itachi before he can use Izanami.

Won't do anything to him. He just liquefies or sheds his body to avoid being sealed. There's nothing Itachi can do.

Kabuto can literally cancel every ability Itachi brings to the table that has relevance.

How?

He even command Sasuke to go easy coz Kobuto shouldn't be killed in the process, and he also explain why he explicitly use izanami on Kabuto. He explain that Kabuto remind him of his previous self, so he want to give him a chance to redeem himself not that Izanami was his only option.

If Itachi had gone all out Kabuto would have been dead quite easily, all Kabuto did was taking advantage of the condition that Uchiha bro cannot kill him and hold back.
