@jay_z94: Sadly there really aren't any despite its huge buildup in Fear Itself. We basically just know it's Bleeding Edge, but enhanced with Asgardian magic and encased in Uru. It was originally going to be just Bleeding Edge, but I figured giving him this would give him magic equipment to fight Supes with.

In that case Superman should still win.
@jay_z94: Would the magic not pose a problem to him? I know he isn't weak to magic but he'd still take the brunt of it, and not to mention it's coated in the metal Mjolnir was forged of.

Magic isn't an instant loss for Superman. If Iron man doesn't have feats with the magic then we can't assume he'd beat Superman.

Well in that case Superman can't hurt him. Was Iron Man ever damaged in that armour?
@jay_z94: All his combat in it is off-panel, but he was against the Worthy, which is basically people like the Thing, Hulk, Juggernaut, etc all given hammers similar to Mjolnir. Iron Man had others with him of course, but if the suit was ever damaged by the Worthy it was nothing major as after the Earth was saved Tony gave the uru back to Asgard's forges.

It's kind of hard to judge the fight then based on that, considering I'm also not very knowledgeable on Iron Man or Superman. Maybe people more versed on those characters will know who wins.
The Iron Destroyer did manage to fight Odin. Knocked him over, blasted him (the silhouette from his skeleton seemed to indicate he had his mouth open which could maybe mean he was screaming although he did "*sigh*"), and then withstood being slammed by the All Father. Not exactly impressive.
Through hype, he should still be at the very least as powerful as his Bleeding-Edge armor and as durable as uru. Doesn't have the offensive output to take down Superman. It'll either be a stalemate or Superman manages to KO Stark from the inside without damaging the armor.
What are Iron Destroyer's feats?
Getting stomped by Odin
Although Odin stomped Thor in the same arc so not a bad thing
Superman can't do anything to uru, on the other hand, the armor doesn't have the feats necessary to say Tony could knock out Clark, though logically it should, considering it was amped by Odin and allowed Iron Man and the likes of Wolverine (with a similar enchanted weapon) hold their own against The Worthy, whom were all solid high-tiers at the very least.

Damn, that was brutal, I didn't remember this.
@thor_parker82: It was in Fear Itself: 7.3. Tony was pissed that Grey Gargoyle slaughtered thousands of people with his stone powers when he was worthy, yet Odin, who is supposedly God, stood by and did nothing about it. That's literally the extent of its feats lol.
That is how odin should be written. That's what he should have done to Jane.
After that Odin also restored thousands of people that Mokk had turned into stone.
Fraction knew the score when it came to Odin - his version was gruff but with purpose.
Eh, I highly disagree, Matt Fraction had bits where he showed he understood the grandness and scope of the asgardians/gods, but he was the one that started portraying Odin as an angry man-child throwing temper tantrums when things don't go his way, he is guilty of grumpy Odin, though Aaron took it to a whole new level of low.
