How powerful is Zues.

Who is the weakest person that could defeat him?
Who is the weakest person that could stomp him.

I've read alot of battles that say he is a compete monster but do not understand why this is and would like to be educated on the subject.

@bossmonster: based off of bios and popular opinion he is nearly equal to Odin. Based off of actual on panel feats, Thanos may be able to beat him.

are we defining a "Stomp" as a battle wherin Zeus can cause no damage to the opposing party?

@pooty: Is he not who they refer too as "Sky father" That's what has me lost. I don't see any real panel feats that make me say. "Holy crap!! He's the omega!" So, I'm just wanting to know more. Who is he comparable to? Who has can he fight evenly or get crushed by.

Zeus is definitely skyfather level and would be equal to Odin.

Too bad Zeus does not have the feats to say he is on par with Odin though.

@bossmonster: Mephisto stated during Fear Itself that Zeus and Odin fought in the Infinite Embassy it doesn't show who won, but he should be around Odin's level in power

Untrue. Silver surfer has fought Odin and got one shot. Hulk has fought Zeus and got pummeled. Thor has fought Odin and got pummeled. so anyone can fight anyone even though they know they have no shot of winning.

He may have but I have not seen Odin say that. I have only heard that on comicvine.

Don't know why skyfather is being used as if its a lvl of power when it's just a title.

I really just hoped someone could show me more of Zeus so that I understood him more. but I'm becoming more lost

@bossmonster: Each Pantheon has a Sky Father. The Asgardians have Odin and the Greeks have Zeus

Since the fight was not shown, we don't know if it was just a punch thrown or an all out brawl and Zeus may have been stomped. Point is: there is no on panel feats nor any off panel feats to put Zeus on Odin level.

Eh, I tend to think Odin and Zeus are about equal in power, as indicated in narration above. Granted, I don't know there are any actual feats to support, but if there is nothing in all continuity to contradict the narration, why shouldn't this statement be held as true?
