How long is Sage Centipede?

At least 10 - 50km. Since he is bigger than the spear. But if he is like the EC, he is probably several hundred kilometers long.

He is supposedly the largest centipide monster out there , no?

Since he appeared alongside the others as supposedly a greather threat than ever , sent by "god" himself.

So i think its logical to assume that he is much larger than Elder Centipide.

Even though I don't care much about Pixel scaling, this seems to be fairly accurate considering it was verbatim stated that he has 6666 limbs and the distance between each is equal.

Hundreds/Thousands of KM. By the way, Sage has to be the most disappointing villain in OPM. He did nothing to Garou. No idea what ONE or Murata were thinking with introducing another centipede out of nowhere, who ended up being so useless. Hopefully Garou thinks Tareo dies (in his mind) and that triggers his transformation.

Sage was just a plot device to help Garou grow more. Shit like this is happening because the fights have changed a lot compared to the webcomic.
