Homelandsr doesnt have as consistent of feats, but he was able to grab Butcher and save him when they were both standing a couple feat away from an explosion while it detonated soo... thats honestly more than DCEU Superman could do. Besides that though, we dont know his durability, combat speed, ect.

Homelander’s laser eyes are by far his most impressive asset. He was able to cut people in half with ease and even cut an airplane in half. It was assumed that he could land an airplane but he didn’t try it, his strength feats are lacking
Homelander is faster but we haven't really seen him fight and I doubt he'd expect Wonder Woman can hurt him. Starting distance is important though as he usually opens with heat vision.

The beams also failed to cut the controls all the way through on the airplane they were trying to save.
A normal supe is capable of tremendous physical force. Throwing around people like ragdolls. Homelander is the most impressive of all of them ( short of Black Noir, but thats comic stuff and they have strayed from that ).
WW should stomp here based on feats. Homelander just hasn't shown anything yet.

I think its speculative to whether Diana can take his HV given she's never really been directly hit with a heat based attack let alone one that can saw airplanes in half.
Regardless the nature of Homelander he's way to cocky given he exist in a universe where he's believed to be invulnerable to everything reason we never really see him avoid being hit by any type of attack which would put him at a advantage with Wonder Woman and her sword.
She could also defend agaisnt his Heatvision with her shield similar to how she did against Doomsday.
I'd take her more often then not.
The implication being you think he can control the intensity of his beams, despite not showing any hints of this, and yet somehow not controlling them enough to prevent damage to consoles, or just, you know, punching the guys heart like he did to the active shooter, since he was 2 feet away and faster then explosions.
Wonder Woman will cut him in half with her magic sword!
Her Lasso of Truth would prevent him from even escaping, much less being able to defend himself with the exception of his heat vision.
Speaking of his heat vision, her Bracelets of Submission and shield will automatically protect her from it. Additionally, her warrior training will ensure she doesn't get hit by any of it!
Homelander has just been a bully so far, anyone with decent feats can beat him at this point just by virtue of the fact he's never actually had to fight people worth their salt.
Her striking feats are superior, her bracelets easily nullify his heat vision, and the sword should cut straight through him.
@subline: If you're referring to his C4 feat, it's probably not as great as you think. C4 has an initial detonation velocity of mach 24, but the speed of an explosion drops rapidly (PE4 is very similar to C4, mind you).
Honestly, the feat might not even be for reaction time, or even speed in general. It happens off-screen and is incredibly vague - not to mention that the show has people reduced to paste by super speed.

I've been notified of this by NWName, who knows more about this stuff than myself. He said going off the feat Homelander's top speed should be at least Mach 5.2
We havent seen homelander limits. We just know that he can support too much weight, while being in air, which is an aspect, where he lacks behind the ones like Superman.
Based on what we've seen so far, I would say Wonder Woman but as said, that might change although I dont think so.

While it is off-screen i cant think of what Homelander could to there other than taking butcher out of the way. Yes the show had people getting disintegrated by super speed but it might have been plot armor for Butcher. There is no way a human can survive 15 kg C4 blowing up at that distance or getting pushed at supersonic speed. Since in both cases plot armor is needed, Butcher only getting KOed by the blast via plot armor might be the case but i think its less likely.
