Hiro Nakamura vs. Zoom

Ok, so who would win?  
 
Rules are both encounter each other randomnly, both try to K.O. or kill the other.  
 
Hiro has no limits or flaws here(meaning he's not limited or it won't affect his health like it did in Heroes after a while) 
 
Zoom can use his time manipulation, speed standard powers...[no-extra power or anything]
 
Battle takes place in NYC, the only two left in the World.... 
  
Can Zoom hit Hiro before Hiro uses his Time Travel and Stopping time abilities and chop off Zoom's head?

I think Zoom is more willing to hurt someone way more than Hiro. But either way Zoom is more likely to win. Didn't Peter beat Hiro once before?

Hiro has better time manipulation powers but I think Zoom has better reactions and thus the initiative so Zoom.

Hiro. Just because of the fact of me being sick of zoom. He's a cool character, but I think he's been overused in battle threads. Frankly, this among the very few zoom threads that is not spite.

Would Hiro be able to time freeze Zoom?  I'm not so sure that he could.  Remember the episode where he first meets the speedster Daphne?  She was still able to move when he stopped time and they eluded that he may not be actually stopping time completely but drastically slowing it.

I'd like to imagine that Zoom loses due to acute fanboy poisoning, lol.

@Zoom, perhaps I should have been more specific..I'm tired of SPITE Zoom threads...;) where Zoom obviously wins...how's that? :P

 future Nakamora got caught by human soldiers he got  shot with a Taser , his reaction time isn't that good Zoom for the win.

Not what I was saying Zoom... you act as if I'm the only user who has made a Zoom thread...lol, clearly not look around..
  
The ones I make are more evenly matched well maybe except for one....(which again are only 3)...I mean it's not like It's biased one way easily...like say Spectre vs. Zoom in which Zoom wouldn't have a chance but that's overpowered...so no worries ;)

Zoom's powers are pretty much on all of the time.  Hiro has to activate his, and he does so with a baseline human reaction time.  So Zoom can hit him before Hiro could stop time.

forze, this isn't a spite thread....if it was spite I would have made Daphne vs. Zoom...not someone who can actually stop time and time travel...

Yeah dude, that's why I was saying he could use his time travelling ability with point to point in time/space, since he went to the future why couldn't he just go to the past? But yeah I agree, since he is a comic geek he'd have prep and knowledge..

Actually Dark Zoom, this isn't a spite thread...spite=on purpose so that one guy has NO chance against the other....clearly there have been votes for Hiro, so not spite.... 
 
Spite would have been Spectre vs. Zoom or vs. Hiro....

I think depending on hiro's choice of time travel makes a difference, not speed(as we've seen daphne still moving) obvioulsy Zoom is billions ahead of her since Flash is far faster then Daphne...

Everyone keeps mentioning Daphne, but Hiro was distracted during that encounter. He must have been, she was there when he managed to pull off that awesome 'I'm a villain, watch me stab Ando' trick, and she hated him for it until she learned the truth.

HIro does have human reflexes though, so unless he gets lucky or Zoom toys with him instead of going in for the kill. I think Zoom would have it. Depends very much on the context of the fight and how it starts. If Hiro just happens to stop time and only then realises he was in danger by seeing a fist inches from his face, he could win it. If it was a 'Ready, Set, Go' kind of set up, Zoom wins.
