Even if he was faster there's more to a battle than just speed you also need to worry about hax and DC/AP

It's opposite of anything

hierro durability can be stronger based on how much reiatsu they enforce it with. hax can be negated via high reiatsu levels. Also espada hierros are able to resist poison that can melt concrete so yes very possible their hierro can tank yuno's attack
