Skyfathers easily. Guardians of Oa are mind bogglingly incompetent, not only that they are using outdated system to police the universe. For a civilization that have existed for so long...they are massively stupid.

Surtur is. The Guardians are going down very heavily. There's alot of reall heavy firepower in there against the Guardians, way too many imo for them to overcome.

Same Surtur that Odin has barely beaten and actually knocks around a lot more? That and the Zeus in the above Picture, Is Hercules in Chaos War? Skyfather of Skyfathers? Then you have Seth who already put up a good show against Odin.
It seems somewhat silly to call him the only threat when you have two characters, one of which has beaten him and the other has given him a good fight in the past. The hercules(Assuming it's herc) above just took a blast which Galactus was speachless that "no mere Skyfather could resist"
OP isn't editing Thanos out of the fight, so I'm assuming he's still in this fight. In which case, with the Titan's planning, and with Sky Fathers present...the Guardians had trouble keeping down Superboy. They are massively boned.

I forgot Thanos was cunning, although I don't see the skyfathers exactly following him into victory, their ego's seem to massive for that. But hey it could happen.

Prime is well above skyfather level, he broke into the Source Wall which 5 sky fathers could barely put a puncture in
Well The Source Wall was already greatly weakened even before Prime attacked it, and I believe it was already breaking down before he did anything to it, from Final Crisis.

Not a chance, If these were the original Guardians any of them would solo Odin, Odin may be able to beat one of the New Guardians after a hard fight although it could go either way, except for Ganthet who up until recently was beyond Odin's level of power.

@FinalStar86: Agreed, The Guardians have been protecting galaxies and suns for many eons to save the universe and recreate the Big Bang (redeeming themselves from Krona's actions), they are much much older then the Marvel Skyfathers.

Zoom will be stomped by Odin. He has no chance against him. He can't make galaxy busting attack. Speed doesn't matter for Odin. And IIRC Zoom is using time manipulation on himself. Even Ares can break that technique.

Such explosion would literarly obliterate the sentinent space sector with the size of the 1/3600 of the universe. And Guardians had trouble while doing it. Didn't he used one of Mjolnir's best technique (Infinity Vortex) to do this? Mjolnir is probably the most pwoerfull magical weapon in 616. It was also able to block Cyttorak's connect to Juggernaut. So this wasn't just Thor powers.

Of course there are people who are more skilled than Odin. But faster? I wouldn't be so sure about using speed against someone who can stop time. Speed is beyond such a beings.
The Guardians have also reversed the flow of entropy and turn it back on itself and have destroyed many singularities (black holes), Kyle was near one (not as close to it as the Guardians was) and he commented on it as "my ring is protecting me from the radiation, but the force emanating from that thing alone feels like it could rip me in two". They accomplished this with their bare hands as well.
