From what I understand about zoom, he can basically slow down, and even stop time at his wish. Meaning he will get anywhere faster than anyone else if he wanted to. And people that are saying he isn't actually fast. Well, speed is measured by time, the faster you are depends on how fast you can move in a certain amount of time. So regardless of his powers to control time, he is still moving at a certain speed if we use time as a measurement of speed. Only time he wouldn't be going fast, is if time was completely stopped. Then there would be no time to calculate speed.
