If it were the male version, I would've said "Dr. Light".

But in this case, I'm not sure.

(Unfortunately it's not some variation of Superman vs Thor vs Hulk vs Thanos vs Darkseid, or involving those mentioned, so don't expect too much feedback).

Is Jason the one who can manipulate organics?

He can.

I'm leaning toward firestorm here.

I'm not sure Dr. Light could deal with organic transmutation, but then again I don't think Firestorm usually does that in character...I don't really know enough about either so I can't say for sure

Jason nukes her easy

Firestorm has super speed, he flew from the sun to Earth in like 3 panels without it saying x hours later or whatever.

Although that's hard to quantify, there are more speed feats that I can't remember.

I really don't know how she can withstand multiple nuclear blasts.

The only way Jason loses is CIS

Jason wins with easy. He's one of the more powerful carnival folk.
