Aside from sight and long life, I don't believe it was ever stated that Elves have specific advantages over humans. Batman is, at worst, equal to him in physical attributes, but has insane training in hand to hand. We have never really seen Legolas without a weapon.

Batman in an effortless stomp. He is much stronger and actually has H2H feats.

Batman wins, but he's not stomping Legolas, and Legolas do have some advantage over human though.

Legolas wins. He was quite clearly shown to be above human levels physically.

Batman. Legolas doesn't have many feats hand to hand wise,which is a disadvantage in this fight. Standard equipment, I might give it to Legolas.

Without eq Batman wins. Legolas is trained with weapons like bow and sword not in h2h. While he has some h2h feats, Batmas has more + I doubt that Elvish physicials will help him much.

Legs has very few H2H feats without weapons in the films, so I'd give this fight to Batman. With his Bow/Arrows or knives he would kill Bruce tho
