Cyttorak and Mikaboshi? they are not weak and both are powerful in their own right.. you see Cyttorak has two aspects.. the godly one which empowers sorcerers and the demonic one which seeks destruction.. he's description is too broad to be considered a demon.. i chose the ones which are generally considered to be demons.. Mikaboshi is more of an abstract or a primordial force.. he transcends the regular definition of a demon in my opinion.. "

IDK, but it's cool that you did this much research for the teams

nice fight, your first set up, I lean towards DC side, because their beings don't drop too much, when the leave their home realm, however, I do say marvel wins in the second fight, as within the home realms marvels demons are omnisecent, to an insane degree. 

Isn't Darkchylde more of a half-breed and not a fullblown demon? (lots more that could be added to the teams)
 
Anyways, I think it will all really depend on who has the fastest draw since both sides have universal levellers, in both situations.

yes.. but her powers rival that of most other Hell-Lords such as Mephisto, Blackheart, Satannish and Dormammu.. despite her young age, inexperience and other flaws, she poses as a great threat to them..

Leaning toward Marvel here in a close battle. Nekron is overrated (IMHO and I know I'm going to get caned for that statement). He, Blaze, and Satanus are weak links for DC (yes the siblings defeated and Neron and conquered hell, but more through luck and trickery than power and Neron wasn't on his A game).  Chthon, Shuma and Zom should shift the balance of power to the Marvel side even outside their own dimensions. If Morningstar or First of the fallen (before his fall from non grace) were to replace two of these three it goes the other way.

 I barely know most of DC demons... But is any of them a Universal buster? Because if no, I don't see them taking Shuma Gorath...

I think Shuma Gorath and Neron might be the deal breakers here...

Trigon is one of the guppies of the DC team. Neron. sabbac, king of tears all well above him. Still Marvel takes this IMHO "

if dc got lucifer morningstar he'd put a whoopin on the marvel team by himself lol. without him i can see this going either way

Leaning towards DC now. Nekron is a beast (Since Blackest Night), Trigon can drain universes dry, Anton Arcane at his best is said to be around Spectre level, KOT would cancel out Shuma, and Neron Underworld is pretty powerful as well. Why is Asmodel there? Isn't he a angel?

Going with DC. As someone said prior, Nekron is a beast. Trigon is ridiculously strong too.
