Just a fraction of his power was stated to be greater than all of the dark dimension where Dormammu resides in and draws power from‘s, and Dormammu himself is an exceptionally strong mystical entity who has the power to stalemate the embodiment of the whole universe or Eternity himself, which would mean that he is relative to everyone else here when it comes to down to just AP. Shuma Gorath is simply far beyond that.

It's everyone at their peak. That is, the strongest versions with the best feats for everyone.
Probably Team Marvel duebto having less weak links. But a team with Nekron, Trigon and Parallax is a scary thought.
How tho, full power Eclipso was rivalling Hecate at her peak of power, in fact he was created purely to act as a counterweight to her dominance in magic

In that case, I'll be backing the DC-Lords because of the likes of Trigon, Zero Hour Parallax, and Barbatos.
The weaklinks in the DC squad are Jobberlipso (to none one's surprise), Azmodus, and Neron.
the heavy-hitters of the Marvel-Lords are Dommy, Meph, Shuma, and Nightmare.
Their weaklinks are Hela & Chthon.
What about Nekron? How far does he scale?

Nekron fodderizes Spectre. He is completely immune to his power and he can cast him away like he was nothing. And he is not - his composite version is on similar level to Living Tribunal
Nekron tanks a direct hit from Anti Monitor (his composite version is multiversal level threat) and then one-shots him.
Nekron shruggs Sinestro buffed with Life Entity (multiversal power source) and then casually defeats him.
Yup, I think that's enough proof. Nekron can really kick ass besides being basically just a soul collector.
@mightythorodinson: btw the 2nd scan you posted didn't actually happen. It was simply Strange tricking Nightmare to have a dream.
It did happen. Nightmare used the powers of dreams to reshape reality, but Strange later used the same tactic to win.
You could argue that was circumstantial since Nightmare used Strange's connection with the dimension to enter everyone's dreams, but in the end, it did happen.
