Titans can win via BFR. Otherwise they have no way of actually killing Dante. And his Quicksilver means he probably kills the Toon Titans with ease if Go isn't counted.

Comic Titans have a better chance, but only Bart and Raven can avoid insta-death via Quicksilver and Headshots. And this again, assumes BFR is in play.

TL;DR

Titans can win via BFR. If not, Dante soloes with relative ease.
