This same beams were fast enough to bypass the Z-Fighters's perceptions like Piccolo as well.

Frieza's Travel Speed also was too fast for them to see and he could move faster than their Ki blasts.

I would say that by scale he should be somewhere between the Low Sub Relativistic tier.

Not to mention that his attacks and punches were hurting Frieza, the same guy that could survive a Planet explosion with half of his body, so his physicals are somewhere between Small Planet Level, which is too much for the Composite Uchiha tanks, 1 or 2 punches would destroy the Perfect Susano'o, so Genjutsu and Speed is indeed their only option, one punch from Goku and they are dead :P

This, and it's important to note Goku was holding back his power substantially while performing these feats.

Goku cant handle Sasukes Hax alone and mixing it with Madara makes it undebatable. All it should take is one well timed tele-swap and the battles over, Kamui makes this near spite.

Composite Uchiha has the speed to keep up and far too much hax to lose. With broken stuff like tele-swap, Amaterasu, Kamui, the Rinnegan's soul stealing and Kotoamatsukami, I don't see Goku winning.
