Civil War Spidey & Cap VS Sony Venom & Doc Ock

Battle takes place on a NY City streey in broad day. Combatants start 30 feet apart. Win by KO/Death only. Ony movie versions amd feats apply.

Round 1: Empty street, no cars or people or other throwable items. Cap has no shield. Spidey and Venom have no webs. H2H only.

Round 2: Cars parked on street, Cap has his shield, Spidey and Venom have webs.

Round 3: Movie Green Goblin and New Goblin join team Ock. Falcon & Bucky join team Cap.

MCU Cap is outclassed and Spidey doesn't have enough feats yet.

Not very fair.

This isn't even close to fair. Spider Man gets instantly shred to pieces and the fight becomes Captain America vs Venom and Doc Ock

Altough I do believe Cap can beat Doc Ock and possibly even Venom in 1vs1 fights, going against both of them at the same time seems like a little too much

Team 1 gets curb stomped. Each member of team 2 was able to solo Maguire's Spider-Man who would curb stomp Team 1, so this a slaughter.

LOL, Spider-Man would last much longer than Captain America.

Reason 1.

The only reason he lost to Cap is because he's a big fan.

And he mentioned it himself, and I'm not going to even start with, Tony said you just need to web them up, means no punches.

Reason 2.

Spider-Man trashed both Bucky and Falcon, Cap could've barely handle Bucky.

Easily stomped both of them.

Cap could've barely handle Bucky. (I'm talking about the highway fight when he didn't know it was Bucky, he almost won but with very high difficulty.)

So that's 2 reasons why MCU Spidey is superior to MCU Cap.

IIRC Toby never even beat Otto in a fight throughout all spiderman 2....

Venom was outclassing spidey as well, although once he figured out his weakness he did marginally better

team 2 slaughters both of them. falcon/bucky/cap/spidey vs. venom and otto would be a fight mcu could win.

Civil War Spidey has had his powers for 6 months dude,and its obvious he is not fully accustomed with them to properly utilize them in a fight.
