Marvel only has one ftl guy and that is cause he moves at interstellar distances, no evidence he can replicate the same without his hoverboard, silfer surfer. However marvel don't have fist to fist ftl combat speed contenders. Same counts for DC, only combat speedster in DC is Superman, however his ftl combat speeds are non canon. impressive interstellar distance travels but he never performed that in combat on earth. hence why majority of anime such as naruto and other fiction beat those 2 verses cause most of their battles are based on ftl combat speeds.

If it's trying to hit Naruto directly with an attack then no, as far as I am aware he has never displayed any speed beyond the standard brick and I don't count fighting people like the Silver Surfer who on a few rare occasions have used superspeed.
