Actually, no, she didn't slap him at all in that instance I refer to. After initially throwing a temper tantrum about how he shouldn't have seen her dressed in that manner, he forces himself onto her but she reciprocates his kiss and even has her arm around his neck as they kiss. In the very same page and with some time elapsing, we see Talia flexing up in bed with her robe half open while Bane is in her bedroom. Unless we want a sign, "they had sex", the evidence points to the fact that they did.
And Ra's actually accepted Bane as a rightful heir at the end of the same story, he only relinquished him out due to pinning him his own failure in Legacy, but that had nothing to do with Talia and everything to do with his own ego.

1. Elektra is a mediocre fighter, Hercules recently beat her in a sword fight, she usually loses, stalemates or barely wins against B/C listers.
2. When? I'm very skeptical on this, I'd like to know the issue this happened in because I find it hard to believe that a chick that got stalemated by Diamondback and demolished by Daredevil could stalemate Wolverine in anything more then a friendly sparring match.
Yeah arguably Talia's best feat is matching Black Canary almost move for move until an outside source broke up the fight.To be accurate though this feat occurs before Canary begins her lessons from Shiva.

Elektra's become the biggest jobber recently, I won't lie.

You don't have to tell that to everyone and not with that kind of detail.. Lots of haters roaming around..
Round 1:: H2H - Natalia beats. N52 and Post-Crisis Talia is practically the same thing (the difference here is that New 52 Talia is more villain than a neutral character, and Post Crisis Talia is more neutral than villain), that's why Natalia is again more flexible.
Round 2:: Standard gear - Talia beats. Katanas, shotguns and beauty makes her the best in this part. PLUS: Natalia is bisexual. Talia's beauty can make her be in love with her, and Talia could take that opportunity to kill Widow.
Round 3:: Both know there opponents and have 1 day prep - Talia kills her. Her unarmed and armed skills makes her better in my opinion.
