well,Eon is non-cannon and it was said Ben cant use his power,so he is out Ben said he would never use Alien X again,so he is out too i dont think Ben still haves Way Big but it doesnt matter,Swampfire,Big Chill,Echo-Echo and most (if not all) aliens Ben can use are enough to defeat BB
Well, there are 3 animated series starring Ben Tennyson (Ben 10, Ben 10: Alien Force, Ben 10: Alien Ultimate). The character changes depending on the timing of the story, you did not specify. Ben in the second part has Alien X, the alien is too powerful. The confrontation would be more even without the presence of Alien X. One question, Beast Boy can turn into aliens. The requirement for his metamorphosis is to keep his biochemical constitution. Do you think he will become Tetramand, XLR8 or Stinkfly? I do not think the fight is simple. Changeling is very versatile, acute senses, shapeshifting, rapid regeneration, poisons, including he can replicate. Perhaps most striking is its transformation into Phoenix, crazy, but true. I bet for Beast Boy.
This could go either way..Beast Boy has animals in his arsenal that would ruin Ben's day.Ben is no tactician and he's not very smart he also cannot change aliens at will.if he picks the wrong one Beast Boy is going to have a field day with him.Like maybe Ben sees that Beast Boy is a Bear or an Elephant so he goes with Four Arms...well Four Arms is a pretty basic powerhouse alien.Beast Boy can turn into several different things that Four Arms wouldn't be able to handle.

It is true that Beast Boy can shapeshift faster than Ben 10 and with a form like Fourarms as you said, he might have a problem but there are some forms like Big Chill that I don't think BB can do a lot. So I guess it depends on what form Ben 10 will choose.

what happens if ben 10 scans superman? i know scanning hulk wouldnt work because hulk is human
@"Colossus": he would gain a kryptonian transfermation , and it would work on hulk if he had different dna than a human . personally i think he isnt human , cause the radiation mutated him , but i dunno for sure . the way it works is the omnitrix saves the dna of any "alien" that comes in contact with ben , like when the wolf bit him or he touched that frankenstein guy . he could even seperate the human dna of hulk from the radiation .

Ben could probably get all the Superman's powers. I have never heard that the omnitrix not accepts more than a DNA sample of a species. We can not know, Ben has never scan to another human.
assuming we are using the most current form of ben 10, i would say that this fight is almost too unpredictable to call. with their ranges of transformation and powers i think that experience is the difference and it's the only thing that would give BB a victory. BB has a better sense off what to do at certain times (i.e.when to hide, when to strike, making distractions, etc.)
