Batman drives his batmobile at Spiderman, so spiderman webs it up to stop it, but as he is doing that Batman pops out and throws something at Spiderman. the spidey sense warns him so he jumps aside and starts firing webbing. Pretty soon, without an extra sense, batman is webbed up and spidey is able to web his helmet and pull it off. Then spiderman dodges batman enough to smack him in the head. batman is really tough so he might not be unconcious, so he staggers around like "ow, you @#$% you broke me face you @#$%" and spiderman is like PUNCH! and batman is unconcious.

@cracks: he probably did.... if just batman got prep he might be able to beat spidey, but if they both got prep, spiderman could go to iron man and get his iron spider suit back and batman would be like wtf is this and get pwned... and unprepped, 1 good punch to the face will be more than enough
Batman will lose 2 to 3 times give or take then come back the fourth time after sitting on his computer forever and then add the batfactor and wreck house
@cracks: a better battle would be batman vs daredevil or batman vs captain america because their strength levels are realatively the same, and are all very very skilled fighters without super strength
I personally would put Batman's strength and endurance and speed a tiny bit above Captain America. Plus Batty has all thoses equipments, so I think if Batman actually gets some prep time he might invent some kind of weapon that can beat Spidy.
But still to say that Batman is physically stronger than Spiderman is just ridiculous.
I'd say this is a tie. Spidey can slow batman down with webbing, and batman can stun spidey with stun batarange. but since it's an all-out battle, i'd have to say batman because of all the gadgets he has compared to spiderman only shooting webs.
Fist of all Spiderman never uses his super strength when fighting humans for fear of killing them (which is not his style) that sayd I think it pretty much evens out the fight I.e. Batman's martial arts vs spydies agility ...but am sure bats could figure out hw 2 take him out...most likely with smoke grenades or batarangs

Spider-man wins this. Spiderman has shown to be able to do plenty of Amazing things with prep. i can see the spiderr going for his Iron spider costume and getting the drop on batman. His spider sense is probably the single biggest factor here.

You joking right? Captain America is more on the lines with Deathstroke as far as physical attributes are concerned. and has proven it on numerous occasions over the years. He's physicall superior to Bats but not by a huge margin.

Nooo mate :-O Deathstroke is a lot stronger then Captain America judged by the feats. He is a serious meta human, while Captain America is indeed on Batman's level but probably still a little bit superior, since Batman achieved everything by training, while Captain America got his metabolism and his physical stats boosted by the Super Soldier Serum, which increased simply EVERYTHING - even things you couldn't train as easy as your strenght and speed. I also always say that characters like Batman and Nightwing are wearing bodykevlar which slows them down in a fight, so their speed is always a little bit under the speed of unprotected peak humans. But that's just pure logic and logic is not too often in the comic books :-|
Well but captain america has some crazy feats as well, like he was able to KO Rhino, who's want like 80 tonner??
