Probably Mad Dog, similar to how he fought the SWAT captain in The Raid.

Mad Dog probably has the advantage in fighting technique, but in physicals, Bruce has the edge (lifting a full grown man dangling off the edge of a cliff to safety using ONE ARM; bending the barrel of a rifle 90 degrees; climbing his way out of a pit with his bare hands, then hiking for god knows how many miles back to civilization; etc.). Mad Dog may have to avoid getting put in a grab (risking his bones/joints getting snapped) if he wants to win.

It could be anyone but if Mad Dog has a bottle...then it goes to him.

I'm almost positive the bending of the Rifle was not done by Batmans strength but by a gadget.

Maddog beats Batman and Bane at the same time.
